Interaction among EEG, ISCC members and Shri Arun Singhal IAS CEO of FSSAI

The objective of this interaction was to propose a mechanism for highlighting issues faced by European businesses with regard to food safety and standards, as determined and implemented by FSSAI.
Furthermore, several issues highlighted by ISCC members and other EEG participants in previous EEG meetings were brought to the attention of the CEO through presentations made by ISCC and representatives of the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IICCI) along with the support of a domain expert from Flanders Trade & Invest, Embassy of Belgium in India.
