Members are requested to adhere to the following guidelines: –

•  Each member will be given a maximum of 2 minutes to give their presentation. Members are requested not to exceed the indicated time.
• Company presentations to be as specific as possible. We recommend using the following content for the presentations:
• Name of the Company and the Representative
•  Designation of the Representative
•  Short introduction of the company
• Main services provided by the company
• Interests in doing business in other Asian countries
• Fields in which the member company would be interested in collaborating with other companies in other countries
• Presentations will be given in alphabetical order of the country (Australia; India; Japan; Philippines; Singapore). Within each country, the order of the presentation is attached.
• We recommend that before the event, the members to visit the websites of the company/companies they might be interested in for doing business.
