On the delightful afternoon of 15th December, the Indo Spanish Chamber of Commerce (ISCC) organized a joyous Christmas Lunch Celebration at The Umrao in Delhi, spreading the warmth and cheer of the festive season.

On 7th December, the International Spanish Chamber of Commerce (ISCC) hosted an esteemed Dinner & Cocktail event in Bangalore, marking the commemoration of the 45th Anniversary of the Spanish Constitution.

ISCC shared an invite with its member to an Event organised by the Turespaña and LaLiga in collaboration with Instituto Cervantes. LaLiga launched their Welcome to LaLiga kit. Ms.Elisa Robles spoke about how Spain is a top tourist destination and discussed how football beings fans closer to the Spanish culture, tourism and language.

ISCC organised a Cocktail and Dinner Event at Wodehouse Gymkhana, Mumbai on 29th November,2023. The event was graced by the presence of several esteemed dignitaries, including Consul Generals of EU nations in India, the Head of Trade of the EU Delegation, and
Economic and Commercial Counsellors from diverse EU countries in Mumbai gathered. Representatives from Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Finland, and Spain’s bilateral chambers in India, alongside prominent EU companies, convened for the event.

ISCC members were shared an invite for the CDTI (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology) hosted webinar with the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and the Technology Development Board (TDB) from the Government of India.

On October 28, ISCC members came together for a thrilling evening at Underdoggs Aerocity, Delhi, to witness the highly anticipated LaLiga screening of El Clásico. As the football fervor unfolded on the big screens, we shared moments of joy, celebration, and friendly competition. It was an evening that not only celebrated the magic of sports but also strengthened the bonds that define the Indo Spanish Chamber of Commerce.

On the occasion of Spanish National Day, ISCC had the privilege of inviting our esteemed members from Maharashtra to attend the reception hosted by Consul General Fernando Heredia Noguer. It was a remarkable event that celebrated the rich culture and heritage of Spain, and it was an honor to be a part of it.

Celebration of Spanish National Day with a small gathering for the Spanish community at the Ambassador’s Residency in Delhi. Spanish National Day is a momentous occasion, and it offers a splendid opportunity for us to come together and celebrate the rich tapestry of Spanish culture, traditions, and the enduring connections that unite us.

ISCC was invited to attend the 17th Foundation Day of Lazer Ken India by KMAFICS, who is an active member of the Chamber and participates enthusiastically in ISCC activities. The event was a grand and lively one. ISCC was honored to be invited and attend the celebration with the KMAFICS and Lazer Ken team.

ISCC organized a hybrid Business Breakfast for all it’s members in New Delhi at the IBIS Hotel, Aerocity. Guest Speaker, Ms. Patricia Sánchez Pacheco, the representative of CDTI (Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnológico e Industrial—Center for Technological and Industrial Development) in India, graced us with her expertise. She shared invaluable insights on “CDTI Technological Cooperation Programs in India: Opportunities for Spanish and Indian Companies.”

ISCC members were invited for a Networking Evening hosted by The British Business Group Delhi in collaboration with The Living Bridge Partners. This networking evening was organized in partnership with Chevening Alumni India and the Association of British Scholars. The event was held at Syrah- Hyatt Regency Delhi.

ISCC participated in a roundtable interaction with the Executive Vice President and European Commissioner for Trade, H.E. Mr. Valdis Dombrovskis, at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi. ISCC President attended the event on behalf of ISCC.

ISCC members were invited to a Seminar by Lufthansa in collaboration with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) on “Sustainably, Partner Plus Benefit (PPB), Green Fares, Network plus New Flights, and Allegris” at the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, Jor Bagh.

The roadshow was followed by a roundtable discussion, organized by Invest India in collaboration with Trilegal. The venue for the roundtable is the Trilegal office located in Lower Parel. The roundtable discussion was a very informative and engaging session.

ISCC members were invited to a Webinar “Open Innovation Seminar” by Javier Gozale from Acciona. This webinar was an initiative by The Spanish Chamber of Spain in Philippines. The webinar was conducted to encourage new and upcoming startups.

ISCC organised a spectacular cocktail and dinner event in Bangalore. This enchanting evening brought together distinguished members, industry leaders, and professionals from India and Spain, all united in their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and fostering new opportunities.

ISCC members were invited to the British Business Group Networking Evening. This event was organized in collaboration with The Living Bridge Partners. The event was held at Khubani, Andaz Hotel. It was a very informative and fruitful evening.

ISCC was invited to the 61st-year celebration of Europe Day. The Chief Guest for the event was Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi: Minister of State, Ministery of External Affairs Government of India. It was held at The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai.

ISCC members were invited to a webinar “Ease of Doing Business Series”. It was organized by INVEST INDIA. It was a very informative session. The session was a part of a webinar series that was launched during the COVID period.

Business Breakfast on the topic of ‘India Opportunity’ by Ms. Varda Taneja, VP at Invest India & Ms. Neelashi Shukla, AVP at Invest India. Followed by Quarterly Meeting. Event organized by ISCC at IBIS Aerocity Hotel, New Delhi.

ISCC jointly organized a virtual event in collaboration with The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The webinar was for European companies in India working in the water sector.

ISCC members were invited to Export Academy- Internationalization Seminar. This was an initiative by the Department of the International Chamber of Spain. The seminar was held online for 2 cosecutive days.

Members of ISCC were invited to India Advantage: Synergies and Opportunities for Spanish Companies, with a particular focus on the IT industry. The event “India Advantage: Synergies and Opportunities for Spanish Companies with a Special Focus on the IT Sector” was organized in Barcelona, Spain by the Indian Embassy in Spain in collaboration with Invest India, the Port of Barcelona, Foment del Treball, and BDO Consulting. The India growth story and opportunity, along with opportunities in the information technology sector, were laid out by the Invest India team.

ISCC shared an invite to attend networking evening organised by British Business Group Delhi in collaboration with the Chevening Alumni in India (CAI).

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Indo-Spanish Chamber of Commerce (ISCC).

ISCC members were invited to attend ‘India-Spain Business Meet’ held on official visit of Ms. Xiana Mendez Bertolo, the Spain Secretary of State for Trade.
